Sure. First, go to Tools | Options | Other, click Advanced Options, and
choose Calendar in the "Startup in this folder" dropdown box. Then
check the shortcut you use to open Outlook and make sure it's not set to
open in a different folder. Specialized shortcuts, such as the one
Windows XP puts on its Start menu, are designed to open in the Inbox and
can't be changed, so you'd have to use a different shortcut if you
wanted to open in your preferred folder. Also, some shortcuts may have
a switch added to the end of the file path that force opening in a
particular folder, so check the file paths too.
