Default text in outlook appointments

Where I work we work with scheduled appointments and love to use Outlook. But
we need to have certain information in the text area and people just forget
to put it. We would like to have it so when we open up for an appointment
that we can have that default text. Same way you would if you were putting a
signature in an out going email.
 
Design your own form and publish it as the default form. Use Help to get
started and post back with specific places you get stuck in the
design/publication process.
