How could I get the default shortcut Icon of Outlook on the Desktop, which
gets installed during the installation?

I somehow deleted it and now I am not able to get it back, even after
re-installing Microsoft Office 2003.

Thanks in advance,

Hi,
you have to do it in the registry
start > run > regedit
navigate to the following key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Deskto
p\NameSpace

insert a new key (by copy and paste)

{00020D75-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}
