Click tools/internet options
under the General tab, on the top you can change your
home page. If this doesn't work then proceed here:
This is caused by parasites. First priority: Download
CWShredder and run it.

Does anyone know how to change the default web page in the
internet options?

Go to Start | Run and type
regedit
and press <Enter>. Navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
Right click Default_Page_URL in the right pane and enter the URL you want.
