Default settings in Photostory3

Is there a way to change the default settings for the time a picture is
displayed and eliminating the motion changes. I have a bunch of pictures
that I would like to show without panning and at a very rapid rate of 1-2
seconds each. I know I can do this by setting motion and time on each
picture but this can be time consuming. I have several hundred pictures
involved in this project.

Thanks for any information you can provide.
