default settings for OE6

Does anybody know how to change the default setting of "NO" in Win XP SP2
Outlook Express 6 in response to deleting permanently a file. In VISTA Home
Premium Mail you do get a "YES". One nice thing with VISTA.

Better yet, how do I disable the delete confirm dialog all together (OE6,
build 2180, XP SP2)? Instructing OE to delete a message once suffices for
me.
