default search settings

I want to replace MSN search with google search, but even customising the searches I am not to do this...what is the solution?

To add more search engines you need to ensure that you have English United
states at the top of the languages at IE>tools>internet
options>general>languages, if en-us is not there add it then ensure it is at
the top of the list.
