I set the reminder time in Tools | Options | Preferences tab, Calendar section to 15 minutes, yet everytime I bring up a new appt. the default reminder time is 18 hours! I can set the reminder on or off, but the time is always 18 hours no matter what time interval I select on the Preferences Tab. I am accessing my Outlook over Terminal Server on our Network drive. Could it be that my preference is being over ridden by the system administrator's preference? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
