My computer recently was reformatted from Xp to 2000,
against my will. At first I was fine with it, until I
noticed some of the default programs. I'll use Paint as an
example. I used Paint a lot, I used it for spriting,
custom text, and more. It was very helpful. I just
realized that with this version I cannot open files other
then .bmp, or even save as other file extensions. This,
frankly, sucks. .bmps are too huge. I preferred it the way
before...so here's my question. Is there an upgrade I can
download and install that will upgrade the capabilities of
Windows default programs?
