Default printer?

When I distribute new versions of Access 2002 applicaitons to clients, they
often have this problem:

Report shows up huge in print preview, and then prints on multiple pages.
They can sometimes resolve this by zooming, then closing the preview, then
re-previewing. Even then, sometimes (I'm not sure when), the actual printout
remains huge on multiple pages.

I can guarantee successful print sizing by having the client go into page
setup and changing from Default Printer to Specific printer, then picking the
specific printer.

What is happening & how do I prevent this so that they don't all call me
every time I distribute an updated .mdb?

I'm not an Access expert so I'm not sure if this will help.

When you save the file on your computer is it set up to print using the
"Specific Printer" option you have the clients using or do you use the
default printer setting yourself. I've noticed many of the MS Office
products will save the printer/printer settings you used before you last
saved the file. Try saving the files after setting the printer to "default
printer"

It is set to Default printer when I save it, and it opens that way when the
client first opens it. The only way I can guarantee success right now is to
have the user change it to Specific Printer on the first print attempt after
I distribute the new version.
