default printer for all users

I'm working for a company on a domain environment. User machines all have xp
pro sp2. Is there a registry setting I can change to make a certain printer
the default printer for all users? I'd rather not modify the default user
profile at this time. Does anyone know how to do this *without* modifying
the default user profile?

These are student computers, and the use of a logon script is out of the
question. The staff already knows to tell the students to select their
default printer, but I wanted to know a way to do this automatically so I can
include it on the image for these machines. Certainly there has got to be a
way to do this via the registry.

RUNDLL32 PRINTUI.DLL,PrintUIEntry /?

allows per machine. I've not used it as I use logon scripts.

That option only works for the currently logged on user. I want to make the
printer default to be systemwide, not based on the user's choice. I guess if
there's not a way to do this by directly editing the registry, then please,
tell me how you do it with a script. Please understand though, that this is
a tcp/ip port (x.x.x.x), not a standard network "port" (\\computer\printer).
