From time to time I have users come to me and ask why they constantly have
to reset their default printer when in a TS session. All of them use
networked printers (could be any of 7 or 8 depending on their location) as a
default printer. So far I don't have any answers for them. Just recently the
controller mentioned that she printed a financial statement that wound up
over in the sales office! Luckily she figured out what happened and got to
it before anyone else did.
Does anyone know why this happens? Is there a way to make the default stick?
We have a Windows 2000 server at SP4 and the clients are all running with
RDP 5.2.
Thanks,
Brad
