Hello there:
I was wondering if there was a way of changing the
default path of the My Documents folder. We have a network
drive, and would like for the "My Documents" folder to
point to this drive whenever users log on.

Right click the My Documents folder and go to the
Properties and you will find an option in there to move
its location.

Thank you guys for the info, but I know how to change an
individual account. But I am having trouble changing the
defualt path. For example, say I create a new account on a
given domain and long on to a computer with that username.
Instead of having the My Documents folder be in
C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\ I would like it to be
in something like J:\Home\UserName\
I am intersed in editing the default creation of the My
Documents folder so I don't have to go in to each
individual user's profile and change the target of the folder.

This can be done in the Group Policy.
Open the Policy and choose:
User Configuration
Windows Settings
Folder Redirection
My Documents
Right click on "My Documents" and choose properties.
Change the "target folder location" to the desired path.

Hope this helps.
