Default Outlook Profile

Trying to create a default outlook user profile for
all exchange users. The goal is that when outlook
is opened the user receives the exact same look, for
folder views, and security to public folders.
What is the easiest way to create this, it looks like it
could use a profile of some sort.

You dont mention the Outlook version but look at the Office Resource Kit is
has a section on a profile wizard
