Default Opening Cursor Position for Explorer

This is a minor peeve, but whenever I open Windows
Explorer (right click on Start and left click on Explore)
the directory tree opens and places the blue cursor in
the "c:\documents and settings\chip\start menu"
directory.

Obviously I have very little reason to be there and I
would rather that whole tree closed and have my cursor at
the C: root directory.

Does anyone know how I can change the default position?

Thanks

Create a new shortcut to the EXPLORER.EXE with the command-line
EXPLORER.EXE /e, C:\
The mentioned entry is for quick accessing the Start Menu in an
Explorer window. So if you do not have need for this, don't use this
menu item.
