default music player and picture viewer

how do I set my default music player or change it from the one thats set now.
I have the same question for picture viewing.

Additionally...

Start
Run
Type "control folders" without the quotes
Hit enter
Click on the file types tab
Scroll to the file types you want to restore, highlight them, and you should
then see a magical restore button show up near the bottom.
Click that and it *should* put it back to default.
