Default Message Form

I have designed a simple modification of the standard
message form where I have added a field for "Project
Number" so that I can save and retrieve emails according
to "Project Number".

I would like to make this new form my default message form
but I cannot figure how. Does anyone know how to set a
new message form as the default message form.

If you have Outlook 2000 or later, you can make a registry change to
substitute your custom form for the default form. See
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/newdefaultform.htm#changedefault .
