1. Check the path to msimn.exe
2. Go to Start | Run and type the following:
"C:\PROGRAM FILES\OUTLOOK EXPRESS\MSIMN.EXE" /reg
If the path to the file is different, then type the path to the msimm.exe file
3. Open IE, go to Tools | Internet Options | Programs, set OE as the default mail (and
news) program.

|I tried the setting but it wont keep the setting after selecting outlook
| express and OK. It displayed changing the configuration notice but each time
| I checked it is showing the original setting.
