default log on user name

We recently hired a new employee and have added him as a
user on our network. The only problem is... everytime he
restarts his computer, the user name of the previous
employee at that seat keeps showing up as the default log
on user name.

(Really, all he has to do, is erase it and type in his own
name... but that's stupid.)

If I remember correctly, there was a way to change this in
the registry... but now I can't find any information on it.

Any ideas?
Thanks,
Lorrie

For Windows 2000 set the Reg_Dword value of "DontDisplayLastUserName" to 1
found at
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\system
