The default Internet Explorer address is changed
automatically to: res://uujeq.dll/index.html#26980. I
can change it back to the default using the control panel
internet options. But it goes back to:
res://uujeq.dll/index.html#26980, whenever I shutdown
internet explorer and then reenter it.

Not sure how to fix this. Can anyone help? Thank you in
advance.
