You have to create a shortcut if you want an actual "custom" icon that the
user sees to launch your application.
Do note that *after* the application is launched, then the icon you
specified will be seen in the taskbar etc.
However, any file name with a normal ms-access file extension will have the
access icon. If you change this icon, then it will effect all access files
on your computer....
