Not sure how to ask this, but we recently switched computers, and copied
over from old to new all the webs. Funny thing now, when we copy a
hyperlink to another page, the resulting hyperlink is based on the current
computer instead of relative link to the actual web.

Thus a hyperlink that looks like this "..\..\<stuff>" turns into
"<local computer name>,documents and settings, <and so on>"

I remember a setting in Front Page (2000) that fixed it, but now I can't
find it.

Thanks!

Try again, this time, publish the live site(s) down to the new computer
which will keep all the folders & paths intact.. Don't copy over anything
like you've done, or you will give the problem you've had.

Then, simply open the web in FP via File > Open > Web.

Save the changes to pages locally, and publish the changes rather than work
on the live site.

What you might be thinking of (the thing you can't remember) is "Recalculate
Hyperlinks" - but I don't know if it will help in this case.
