Default Homepage on Windows XP

I have a lab of Windows XP Pro systems that are used by multpile student
accounts. It has been requested that the opening Homepage be set to a
specific URL. We are running Server 2003 w/AD but, I cannot get the systems
to default to the URL for all profiles. Any suggestions?

You can set the home page on all the systems and then lock out any changes
via the registry:
http://www.winguides.com/registry/display.php/537/ - "HomePage" key
Use System-based Internet Restrictions
http://www.winguides.com/registry/display.php/1133/

Or set the home page and disable it via group policy - \User
Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Internet Explorer\
