Default Home Page Keeps Changing

Somehow the default home page keeps getting set to vroom.com. I delete every
vroom entry in the registry but the problem keeps coming back. How do I get
rid of this?

Right click Internet Explorer, in the popup menu select PROPERTIES. I

Under TEMPERARY INTERNET FILES, Select the DELETE COOKIES BUTTON an
