default home page changed on every load

Hello,
My default internet home page changes to

"res://mshp.dll/index.html#10213"

every time I start Microsoft internet explorer. I tried changing it back
and applying the changes but it changes back. Also, when I do a google
search another search engine page displays in addition to google. Is this a
virus ?Any ideas how to fix this ?

Download Ad Aware from http://makeashorterlink.com/?V66A319F6
and also Spybot S&D from http://makeashorterlink.com/?U28A519F6

Install both, update them and scan.

Then install Spyware Blaster from http://makeashorterlink.com/?Y2DA249F6 and
keep it updated.

AdAware and SpyBot will get rid of some components but probably not
all. You can read about CWS (Cool WebSearch) here:
