Hi Group,

Does anyone know how to set the font, so that when you insert a graph or
chart it comes with that font as standard.

The client is using PPT2000. I have found a workround using 2007 but they
obviously can't do this.

Thanks

Alec

Usually it will pick up the font from the template.

But you can also create a user-defined chart and set it as default. You have
to do this on each machine, though. Or you can distribute the file that
holds these settings and have the users put it where it needs to go. You may
need to uncheck Tools | Options | Edit | New Charts Take on PowerPoint font.

Create user-defined Custom Charts / Graphs or Chart Templates

Thanks Echo - I'll give this a go.

Ttally appreciate your help on this one. Power to your elbow!

Alec
