Default folder for insert picture dialog box

I can't figure out how to set the default folder, which opens when I insert
a picture from file, to the working folder. It keeps going back to
MyDocuments/Photos which is something I don't use anyway. I can't find a
preferences menu or something similar which includes it.

Any ideas?
 
Disregard, I've sussed it. you click 'My Recent Documents' and that sets the
folder. Easy once you get the hang.
