Default File As for Folder

Does anyone know how to change the way in which an entire
folder of Contacts 'File As' line is displayed, without
opening and changing each indiv. record.

The current order is Last, First. I want Company, (Last,
First).
 
You'd need to use code. Microsoft has posted sample code in its KB.
