Default Favorites ?

I keep getting a folder named Links in favorites and I have no use for it.
Delete it and it reappears. Does anyone know if this is a default folder
placed there by MS and how to get rid of it ?

It is a default folder and you cannot remove it permanently.
If for some reason you do not want to use this valuable folder, then
set the attributes to Hidden.
