When I select a name from my Contacts to print on an envelope, the person's name, address, and country are automatically put in the box. I want to add the company name if there is one, and eliminate the country since all of my letters are being sent in the US. Thanks!

Thanks for responding. My fault for not mentioning I have XP/2002. I've been fiddling with this and unfortunately, although it works for the Insert Address toolbar button, but not in addressing an envelope

The Knowledge Base's brilliant workaround is to generate the address set up in Auto Text with the Insert Address button, then cut and paste it into the envelope address. Actually after generating the text you can just select it, then "...Envelopes and Labels" and it inserts the text automatically

See http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;29212

Thanks again
