Default email

How do you change the default email account in outlook
2000 when you have multiple email accounts. Under the
tools tab, I have NO, I repeat NO account tab. I wish I
know why, because every customer support wants me to go
there.
 
It sounds like you have Outlook 2000 configured in Corporate/Workgroup mode
instead of Internet Mail Only mode -- if you have "Services" under the Tools
menu, then you're definitely in CW mode. CW mode doesn't provide any easy
way to switch between e-mail accounts, but unless you're connecting to an
Exchange server, you probably don't want to be in CW mode anyway. See the
