Default e-mail will not open

I have Outlook 2003 on my computer and it will ot open. It is set as the default email application inside it. It is also set as default email under the "Set Program Access and Defaults" via start menu and IE.

This what happens when I click on an email address
The default application was not installed correctly.-----------It is working perfectly except for this little problem
30 seconds later Internet Explore loads with 60 new windows!!!!!!! and it still refuse to work!!!!

You may want to scan for parasites, spyware, etc.

working perfectly except for this little problem.
 
Try creating a new mail profile here: Control Panel->Mail Icon->Show
profiles.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
