I've recently switched to Verizon DSL and since doing so have been unable to
have Outlook 2002 start up when I select photos to e-mail. The "make
pictures smaller" option works, but after selecting "make pictures smaller"
my MSN Hotmail program starts up rather than Outlook where I have all of my
contacts.
Any suggestions?

The following MSKB article discusses how
to set Outlook 2002 as your default e-mail
client. Maybe it would be worth a look:

Thanks for the quick reply but it didn't seem to help.
MSN still comes up when I try to send a photo. I
mis-spoke, I'm working with OL2000 on XP Home Edition.
Any other ideas you can provide would be appreciated.

The bottom line is that the e-mail program
that opens when you right click an image and
choose...Send to / Mail recipient...should be
your default mail client.

Do you have Outlook 2000 setup to download
and manage your MSN mail?

One possible work around would be to Open
Outlook2002 and create a New Message and
attach your images by clicking the Attach button.
(looks like a paper clip)
