Hi We have to use PST files as well as Mailboxes.

I'm trying to see where I can set the default calendar so
that though emails go to his PST inbox if he accepts a
calendar event it will be stored in his Mailbox calendar.

Any help greatfully rec'd.

Cheers
Colin

You can't have it both ways. The default delivery store is the one where
meeting acceptances are also stored. The best course of action is to get rid
of the .pst files.

Change the delivery back to the Mailbox and create message rules to bring
emails to your personal folder.

Hi Many thanks for your help. As the guys have to see
their email when not on the network ( thats why I use PST)
I'll think I'll give the rules a go. If you know where I
can get any help for setting it up over a VPN that would
be good as well.

Again many thanks

You should look into using .ost offline folders files instead.

Hi
I've set OST files ready for when we have the VPN but need
to read up on the settings to be used to connect to the
exchange server. In the mean time I have guys wanting to
use a dial-up to get on the internet and send mail which
having OST files won't let you do because it cannot
connect to the exchange server. I have set up OWA access
but then people complain it doesn't look nice......And
Bill gates think he's got problems hahahaha

Thanks Sue and take care

Colin
