Default action on file download

For the life of me, I can't find out how to reset this -
when downloading a zip file, you are usually presented
with options to Open or Save, and there's a tick box to
default to this option without asking. I've somehow set
it to save, and I need it to ask questions every time.

Does anyone know how to reset this ?

Open Windows Explorer and go to Tools | Folder Options | File Types.
Scroll down to the file type in question and select it.
Click Edit or Advanced, depending on your Windows version.
Check the box for "Confirm open after download".
