There are a few old ms-dos unstuffers that you can play with at http://www.simtel.net/pub/msdos/mcintosh/
but I suspect that they may be too outdated to be useful with the latest
..sit versions, may not support long filenames, or you may find
command-line programs too difficult. Your best bet may be to hunt for
an un-bloated slightly older version of the same program posted
elsewhere.
