Source code got lost? No backup? Maybe somebody at the VB5 groups
(microsoft.public.vb.*) can help you. As you can see in the group name, this
group is for VB.NET (dotnet) questions.

This is the wrong place to ask this question. You may want to ask this
question in one of the VB Classic groups (microsoft.public.vb.*), but I
don't think you will get an answer.
