Please help us to help you. You need to be much more specific in
your question. As it stands, I have no idea what you have or what
you want to do.
What is this "garbage"? Why do you call it "garbage"? How did it
get from Japanese to "garbage"? Do you want it back in Japanese?
If not what do you want to see?

When foreign text, such as Japanese is sent over the
internet, it sometimes becomes distorted and unreadable.
This is a sample of the code: OmnJmw>sü1oJBQöC(~
I would like to decode this back into Japanese.
I found a program on the web called E-tomo that decodes
such messages called "Garbage," but it will not download.
I hope you can help. Thanks

First of all, if you have garbage that is from Japan, just throw it in with
your own garbage...the guys at the landfill wont mind.
Next...if you have a document that was originally in Japanese, then you must
locate a service provider in your area that can translate it for you.
You have wasted bandwidth and time by posting this useless and stupid
question here.
