Declining Meeting Request

I have searched the archives and cannot find a solution to this anomaly. If
I decline a meeting request, the date of the meeting does not show in the
When: field. Yet, I have tried the same process on another computer and it
works fine. Can you share with me what I am doing wrong or what setting in
Outlook needs to be changed.
 
I am also having this problem with at least one person in my organization.
When she sends a meeting request, if a person declines, she doesn't see the
"When" on the header, and sometimes has a tough time figuring out what
exactly the person declined.

We are using Exchange 5.5 with Outlook 2003; I was wondering if this could
be part of the problem, but when I try the same thing from my machine, if
someone declines, I get the date/time in the "when" field no problem.

Someone help!
