Debugging

Can someone explain what debugging is and does it cause a
physical memory dump? If it doesn't, what does cause this
dump to happen and how do I get it to stop? These may be
stupid questions, but I'm so frustrated that I just
may "dump" this machine out of the window. Thanks.

Almost always a hardware and or driver issue. To be able to see the blue
screen stop message; Control Panel|System|Advanced|Startup and Recovery, I
usually like to uncheck "Automatically reboot" this way you get a chance to
read the stop error.
