i'm getting a prompt at times debug or not to debug,seems
that i started getting this when i got verizon dsl.When i
contected verizon they inform me that this is a software
problem.

I,m running the w2k nt version.

Can someone pls help

You should post this to the private Verizon DSL support groups, such as
0.verizon.adsl
