debug window always opens

my internet keeps opening debug windows, and the mouse
and keyboard do weird things. I used spyhunter, and it
says there's a trojan virus, but my norton antivirus
didn't detect it. help please.
 
For trogans I recommend AVG (www.grisoft.com) its free!
This is an awesome antivirus.

When installing it keep the defaults so it can search
everything on the hard drive just in case its hidden
somewhere.
