Debug error

I have a form where depending on what they check more information is
required. When I try to go to a new blank form I keep getting a 'Debug'
error. I have tried Ctrl-Shift-F9 to make sure there are no breaks, but that
did not work. Any other suggestions?

When you say "new blank form", have the individual checkmarks all been
initialized to False, or are some of them still grayed out (meaning their
value is Null)?

Try changing all these to

Me.Data_Entry_Fail_Reason.Visible = (Me.Data_Entry_Fail_Checkmark=True)
Me.Underwriting_Fail_Reason.Visible = (Me.Underwriting_fail_Check_Mark=True)

or
Me.Data_Entry_Fail_Reason.Visible = NZ(Me.Data_Entry_Fail_Checkmark)
Me.Underwriting_Fail_Reason.Visible = NZ(Me.Underwriting_fail_Check_Mark)


If the checkmark is NULL the code you have won't work - the Visible property
can be True or False, but it cannot be NULL.
