Debug Error!

After installing the "super charge" software from an ISP
that supposedly increase the speed and prevent pop ups.
but after installing if I encounter this message after
turning on my computer:

Debug Error!
Program: c:\progra~\support.com\client\bin\tgcm.exe
Damage: after Normal block (#53) at OXOOCCODCO

(Press Retry to debug the application)

Abort Retry Ignore


I then clicked on "Retry":

I clicked "Retry" again and that was that. It is very
annoying to have this every time I turn on my laptop. I
was also infected with the recent "worm" that has been
infecting Windows and XP OS which I was able to"unworm"
using the appropriate attachment from Microsoft. Can you
help me with the problem above?

What catches my eye is that you said that you were unable to use the
attachment from Microsoft to remove a worm. Did you receive an email
claiming to be from Microsoft that had an attachment that would supposedly
remove the latest Blaster worm?

My suggestion is to download the latest update for your antivirus program
and do a thorough scan of your computer. I would also check

remove the Blaster worm and Microsoft's page about the worm.

As for the debug error, have you tried to uninstall the software from your
ISP? It's obviously not working on your computer, so I would try to remove
it so you don't get the debug messages.
