What's the current status of this feature for Visual C#? I guess Microsoft
knows there's a heavy demand for it from the VC# community. Is it planned
for inclusion in Whidbey?

If you did mean "Edit & Continue" for C#, as far as I know we are not
planning support for it in Whidbey. Here is a link to Andy Pennel's blog

I'm amazed such a major and basic feature was postponed by the management,
but I do reckon VB needs something to fight back on the market.
