I recently installed a new program which killed my computer! I have managed
to re-install all my original hardware and most of my software. The only
thing I am having problems with is Nero 5.5. I have ensured that all the
original files relating to Nero have been deleted, so as to have a fresh
start, but when I try to install, I get error messege "The configuration
data for this product is corrupt. Contact your service personnel". I have
two versions of Nero, and I get the same message with both.
1. what does it mean?
2. what can I do about it?
3. who are my service personnel?
Pleeeeeeeeeeease help, I have tried everything, and am starting to wake in
the night, imagining I have the solution. Its driving me mad!
