I have 2 computers, using ADSL, networked. Comp A uses
Windows 98 and comp. B Windows XP. Using comp. B, and
attempting to access a 'personal' page on my bank's
homepage, I have to click on a 'button' which should open
a new page (link). This button does not work any more (it
did in the past). On comp. A, it does work! I cannot see
it being an ISP issue, and believe that the problem lies
within IE. I have even attempted to uninstall IE on comp.
B, with no success - it did NOT uninstall at all! Any
advice will be appreciated. Thank you, Daniel.

Does it open the new page in a new window?
If so, suspect popup-blocker software as the culprit.

Thanks for the advice and prompt reply - I have removed
all pop-up blocker programs, as well as installing a
spyware program. Yet the new window will not open!
