Two other ways:
1. Start/My Computer/right click the Hard Disk Icon/click "Properties" on
the Drop Down Menu/click the "Tools" Tab/the Defragmentation Tool is
obvious.
2. Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/Disk Defragmentation.
