De-Dup Macro/Function?

In my office, we regularly combine two, three or more mailing lists in order
to get one list. Currently, we combine the lists and then sort by the name
column and manually look for duplicates. There has got to be a faster way
to do that! Is there any macro or function that can be used to find
duplicate records? Our list administrator would be forever in your debt!

Easiest way is probably to select the list and header,

Name
Bob
Tim
Dave
Robert

then go to Data>Filter>Advanced>Unique Records Only

then copy and paste what's left to a separate range, and delete the original
list with duplicates after removing the filter (Show All)
