Some know maybe what is the REAL speed of DDR2? But not that speed
what is in specyfication but REAL?

It's all just a trick to get you to spend more money.
Fortunately, the motherboard manufacturers have conspired
and you have no choice... if your board has DDR2 slots, odds
are very high that this is what you'll ultimately buy!

As for real, it depends on your uses (as always).
For high bandwidth tasks, DDR2 spec is easily
straightforward. For latency sensitive tasks, your results
depend on the quality of memory bought. Latency is DDR2's
weakness (but where are you going today?, pardon the stupid
MS marketing phrase).

here in the UK ddr2 memory far cheaper than ddr400mhz

1gb ddr 3200 (400mhz) £115
1gb ddr2 4200 (not sure mhz) £70
